The Supervisory Authority is the CNIL in France.\n The list of Supervisory Authorities is available here: <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/justice\/article-29\/structure\/data-protection-authorities\/index_en.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/justice\/article-29\/structure\/data-protection-authorities\/index_en.htm<\/a>&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong><em>[ACRONYM]<\/em><\/strong> project partners carefully treat all data collected as confidential and strictly use it under the framework of <strong><em>[ACRONYM]<\/em><\/strong> project activities in compliance with the EU legal regulations and the Interreg MED Programme rules.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All data collected and managed under the activities of the <strong><em>[ACRONYM]<\/em><\/strong> project, namely accounts, newsletter subscribers, event registrations, surveys of any kind, <strong><em>[if relevant ,please name here any other main activity under which you collect data]<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp; is in strict compliance with the new Regulation (EU) 2016\/679, General Data Protection Regulation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The partnership appointed <strong><em>[name of partner institution having been elected among the partnership to act as DPO]<\/em><\/strong>, to act as <strong><em>[ACRONYM]<\/em><\/strong> Data Protection Officer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Who is concerned by this notice?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This notice is addressed to the following public: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>All partners participating in the <strong><em>[ACRONYM]<\/em><\/strong> project;<\/li><li>respondents to surveys;<\/li><li>registered participants in events;<\/li><li>account owners in the exchange areas of the project website;<\/li><li>newsletter subscribers of any outsourced database application.<\/li><li><strong><em>[add any type of individuals if necessary]<\/em><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>For what purposes does the [ACRONYM] project store your data?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Project partners collect data to perform their legal obligations as an EU co-funded project.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\n scope of the data collected is the minimum necessary for each purpose, \navoiding as much as possible personal information. However, no personal \ninformation is collected without the knowledge and consent of the target\n audience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>[If relevant, explain here for which main purposes you store personal information]<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No\n data will be shared with third parties outside the project and the \nInterreg MED Programme, other than the external providers or used for \nunintended purposes without the express consent and prior notification \nto the interested individuals.&nbsp; When personal data is collected, the \npurpose will be clearly expressed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The data collected within the framework of the <strong><em>[ACRONYM]<\/em><\/strong>\n project will be retained by the project partners and the Interreg MED \nProgramme until 31\/12\/2028 to comply with the regulatory obligations. \nOnce the retention period has passed, the <strong><em>[ACRONYM]<\/em> <\/strong>project\n partners, potential sub-contractors \/ external providers and the \nInterreg MED Programme will take adequate measures to delete all \npersonal data collected within the project.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5>EXTERNAL PROVIDERS&nbsp;<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong><em>[ACRONYM]<\/em><\/strong>\n project may use external providers to process your personal data. You \nwill be informed and your express consent required whenever this is the \ncase.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong><em>[ACRONYM]<\/em><\/strong> project partners make sure to\n demand their external providers to provide them with adequate \nsafeguards regarding personal data protection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>External providers of <strong><em>[ACRONYM]<\/em> <\/strong>project\n will have a limited access to personal data strictly necessary for the \ncompletion of the services rendered. They will also be contractually \nbound to use the personal data in compliance with the current regulation\n regarding personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>What about cookies and tracking technologies?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The\n Programme web platform collects and stores information using cookies \nand similar tracking technologies to track web behaviors. We use this \ninformation to provide analytics of only statistical nature.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>What are your legal rights as data subject?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016\/679, \u201cEvery person may, on simple request addressed to the DPO of <strong><em>[ACRONYM]<\/em><\/strong>,\n have free access to all the information concerning them in clear \nlanguage (any codes must be explained) and obtain a copy against payment\n of a fee, fixed by the State, of 3 \u20ac for the public sector and 4,6 \u20ac \nfor the private sector. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every person may directly require from \nan organisation holding information about them the data to be corrected \n(if they are wrong), completed or clarified (if they are incomplete or \nequivocal), or erased (if this information could not legally be \ncollected). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyone may oppose that information about them is used for advertising purposes or for commercial purposes; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They\n may also oppose to information concerning them being disclosed to a \nthird party for such purposes. The persons concerned should have the \npossibility of exercising their right to oppose the disclosure of their \ndata to a third party at the moment the data is collected. The use of \nautomatic calling machines or faxes for advertising purposes is \nprohibited unless the person has given their prior consent.\u201d*&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\n you believe that the processing of your personal data constitutes a \nviolation of the legislation in force, you have the possibility to lodge\n a complaint with the supervisory authority concerned.
